Building Designs

Each Woodlake villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The townhouse design also has a half bath downstairs. Units are approximately 1100 square feet and most villas are equipped with a fireplace.
There are four floor designs available. The “flats” have vaulted ceilings and all units have ample storage space with generous sized closets. There is a storage shed located off the patio of each villa.
Directions to Woodlake Villas
Woodlake Villas is located on the north end of Hilton Head Island at 96 Mathews Drive. Traveling south on Highway 278: turn right at the traffic light at Mathews Drive, just past Pineland Station Shopping Center, also on the right. Woodlake Villas is the first turn off the traffic circle across from the Port Royal Shopping Center.
Shops and Recreation
Convenient to local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores makes living at Woodlake Villas an excellent choice. Although just off Highway 278 on Mathews Drive, behind its gates Woodlake Villas is a quietly secluded neighborhood with beautiful live oaks, pines, and fresh water lagoons, all within easy walking distance to on-site amenities.
The Many Amenities
Multi-use bike paths pass just outside the gates to the community, connecting Woodlake residents to over 60 miles of paved recreational paths. Woodlake is within a mile or two of several beach accesses to Hilton Head’s famous 12-mile stretch of beach. There are also over 20 public golf courses within a short drive from Woodlake. Woodlake’s location just off Highway 278 makes for a short drive to any island location.
Residents at Woodlake enjoy a crystal clear pool that is open in season. A small kitchen is also available.
WiFi is available in the community room, fitness center, and poolside. There are bathrooms, a pavilion area, and a large pool deck with all the comforts needed for swimming or sunbathing. Also located at the pool, across from the office, is a well-equipped fitness room available 24 hours a day year round. Available in the fitness center are elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bike, and a multi exercise weight machine.
In the common area behind the pool is a playground next to lighted tennis and basketball courts. Dog owners will appreciate the two-sided fenced dog run that allows dogs to exercise off leash, as well as the “doggie stations” located throughout the property for daily walks.
