The pool house features a climate controlled community room with comfortable seating, a community library, and vending machines. The community room is available to reserve for private parties. A small kitchen is also available. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis, and must be made at least two weeks in advance. There is a refundable $100 cleaning deposit due at the time of reservation. The room may be reserved once annually for no cost; there is a $50 fee for additional reservations. Please contact the on-site office for further information.
WiFi is available in the community room, fitness center, and poolside. An amenities pass is required to enter the pool area and access the community room.
