Property gates are open on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. for access by delivery and service vehicles and on weekends from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Outside those hours, guests must contact a resident from the callbox outside the gate for access. Residents may use a separate proximity card or transmitter to open the vehicle gates for individual entries. Emergency vehicles have 24-hour access to Woodlake Villas property as needed.
A pedestrian gate at the entrance is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. The pedestrian gate uses the amenities pass for access. A video camera system records entries and exits from the property gates.
