TO ALL WOODLAKE RESIDENTS:

WOODLAKE WILL BEGIN AN ASPHALT REPAVING PROJECT OF THE ROADWAYS AND PARKING AREAS ON THE PROPERTY BEGINNING MARCH 7 (WEATHER PERMITTING).

THIS PROJECT WILL INVOLVE HAVING TO CLOSE OFF SECTIONS OF THE ROAD AND PARKING AREAS FOR 24 TO 48 HOURS WHILE THE NEW ASPHALT COATING IS APPLIED AND HAS TIME TO PROPERLY DRY.  NEW PARKING STRIPES WILL BE PAINTED AND THE SECTIONS WILL THEN BE RE-OPENED.  WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WILL BE A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE AS YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK AWAY FROM AND WALK TO YOUR VILLA.  MAKE SURE YOUR PARKING STICKERS ARE UP TO DATE SO OTHER RESIDENTS KNOW THAT IT IS A PROPER WOODLAKE RESIDENT PARKING IN THEIR AREAS.  DURING THE PROJECT, CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE DRIVE LANES MAY BECOME ONE-WAY AND PARKING SPOTS IN THE AREAS THAT REMAIN OPEN WILL BE IN HIGH DEMAND AND VERY LIMITED.

NOTICE:  WHEN THIS PROJECT IS IN YOUR AREA OF THE PROPERTY, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED OUT OF THE DESIGNATED PROJECT AREA.  ANY VEHICLE THAT IS NOT REMOVED FROM THE PROJECT AREA WILL BE TOWED TO A DIFFERENT AREA OF THE PROPERTY AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS COST.  PLEASE HELP US AVOID ANY TOWING BY MOVING YOUR VEHICLES WHEN NOTIFIED.

PLEASE DO NOT WALK (OR DRIVE) ON THE NEWLY PAVED AREAS UNIT THEY ARE OPENED BACK UP TO VEHICLE AND PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS FLUID LEAKS OF ANY KIND, (OIL, GAS, DIESEL, TRANSMISSION FLUID, ETC.) PLEASE GET THEM FIXED BEFORE THE REPAVING PROJECT STARTS. FLUIDS OF THIS TYPE WILL QUICKLY DAMAGE THE NEW ASPHALT. FAILURE TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS TO YOUR VEHICLE WILL RESULT IN FINES BEING ISSUED AND PARKING PERMITS REVOKED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS AND DELAYS.  EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF INCONVENIENCE AS POSSIBLE.

A NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT WHEN YOUR AREA IS TO BE PAVED.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND PATIENCE WITH THE CONTRACTORS AND YOUR NEIGHBORS WHILE THIS PROJECT IS PERFORMED.
