We would like to remind everyone that the entry gate at Woodlake Villas is timed for one vehicle
only and will close immediately after the first vehicle passes through the gate. Please make sure that your family and friends are aware of this gate policy, so you don’t receive a $500.00 fine for one of your guests hitting the gate. Woodlake will not be responsible for any damage to any personal property. Anyone that does damage to any gate, entry or exit, will be responsible for the cost to fix or replace it.
Anyone that has questions about the gate can contact the on-site office.
Last month we sent out a pet registration letter to all pet owners asking them to bring updated vaccinations records to the on-site office so that we could update our files. There are still a few pet owners who have not brought this information to the office. Please make sure you have this done by March 31. As always, we would like to thank you for your help and cooperation with the above matters.
